At HanaShop, we want you to shop with peace of mind. You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return it without having to provide any reason (right of withdrawal).
How to request a return
- Write to us at support@hanashop.store with your order number and the product you wish to return.
- We will reply with instructions and the return address.
- Send the product unused, in good condition and, if possible, in its original packaging.
Refund
We will refund the amount paid, using the same payment method, within a maximum of 14 days from the date you notify us of your decision. We may wait until we receive the product or until you send us proof of shipment before issuing the refund.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product arrives defective, damaged, or is not the one you ordered. In those cases, we will cover everything: write to us with a photo of the problem and we will resolve it with a refund or a replacement.
Warranty
All our products have the 3-year legal warranty of conformity established by Spanish consumer law.
