Shipping is free on all orders, to Spain and the rest of the world, with no minimum order value.
Delivery Times
- We prepare your order within 1–3 business days.
- Spain: between 7 and 15 business days from order confirmation.
- Rest of Europe: between 8 and 18 business days.
- Rest of the world: between 10 and 25 business days.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you the tracking number by email.
If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages.
Customs
Orders within the European Union are not subject to customs duties. Shipments outside the EU, as well as to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by customs to the recipient; these are not included in the price.
Countries We Do Not Ship To
We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, Russia, Belarus, or countries subject to international sanctions.
Issues
If your order has not arrived after 20 business days (30 outside Europe) or arrives damaged, write to us at support@hanashop.store and we will resolve it.
