These terms and conditions govern purchases made in the HanaShop online store (hanashop.store). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Orders and prices
Prices are set in euros and include VAT. If you purchase from outside Spain, the store may display the price converted into your local currency. Shipping is free to all countries we deliver to. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is an obvious pricing error or if the product is no longer available; in that case, we will issue a full refund.
Payment
We accept the payment methods listed on the checkout page. Payments are processed securely; HanaShop does not store your card details.

Returns and warranty
You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase and a 3-year statutory warranty, as explained in our Returns Policy.
